Taking Pictures using Burst Mode

Applicable modes:

Pictures are taken continuously while the shutter button is pressed.
Pictures taken with a burst speed of [SH] will be recorded as a single burst group (P173).
1Press 4 ().
2Touch burst icon ([ ], etc.).
3Touch the burst speed.
¢1 Number of recordable pictures
¢2 Depending on the recording conditions, the number of frames in a burst may be reduced. (For
example, when [i.Resolution] of the recording menu is set to [ EXTENDE D], the numb er of frames
in a burst may be reduced)
¢3 Pictures can be taken until the capacity of the card becomes full. However the burst speed will
become slower halfway. The exact timing of this depe nds on t he aspec t r ati o, the pictu re s ize, the
setting for the quality and the type of card used.
The Burst Mode speed may become slower depending on the following settings.
[Picture Size] (P149)/[Quality] (P150)/[Sensitivity] (P111)/[Focus Mode] (P36)/[Focus Priority]

Burst speed can also be set with [Burst Rate] in the [Rec] menu.
