7.Guide the new ribbon around the rollers on the ribbon roll adapter. Slide the upper spool onto the upper spool shaft.

8.Slide the ribbon spool holders against the spools.
9.Turn the upper ribbon spool clockwise to add slight tension to the ribbon. Make sure the ribbon is tight but not wrinkled or bunched.
10.Slide the ribbon roll adapter in against the back wall of the printer
NOTE: To help slide the ribbon roll adapter in or out, it may be necessary to increase or relax tension on the ribbon by turning the spools.
