5.Lightly moisten a cotton swab with alcohol and rub it back and forth across the printhead. Clean the platen roller the same way.

6.Reload the supply and ribbon cassette, if necessary, and close the printhead.
7.Turn the power on.
8.Press f twice to realign the supply.
9.If printing is not improved, call Monarch Service.
