For handling or guaranteeing HDD, WEBGATE follows HDD guaranty condition. WEBGATE doesn’t bear the responsibility about data loss by user’s mistake in operating.

Attention for the system
It is essentially required to use locking the RACK KEY after HDD rack installation. It is not allowed to add HDD in Disk Manager without locking the RACK KEY. HDD in HDD Rack could be removed or installed without power off eDVR.
