Selecting a TV channel
Selectthe required TV channel (= the programme number)
withthe ;Pq,=Prbuttonsor with the digit buttons
0..9 onthe remote control.
Channel number of the scart socket
aSelectthe channel number ’E1’ using the button 0on
theremote control.
Channel number of the sockets A/V on the
front
aSelectchannel number ’E1’ using the button 0onthe
remotecontrol and then select channel number ’AV’
usingthe button =Pr.
bUsethe number buttons 0..9on the remote control to
selectthe channels on the TV-Video Combi.
Volume control
Youcan adjust the volume using the QSr ,SqP
buttonson the remote control.
DIfyou would like to change the volume on the
machine,press the button P/S onthe TV-Video
Combiand change the volume using the buttons
qor r.
DIfyou want to mute the sound temporarily (e.g.:
duringa telephone call), press the MUTEybutton
onthe remote control. When you press the
MUTEybutton again, the sound will return at its
originalvolume level.
DWhilethe sound is turned off, ’y’ will appear on the
screen.
Picture settings
Thepicture can be adjusted according to your personal
preferences.
Thesesettings are automatically stored after exiting the main
menu.
aPressthe MENUbutton. The main menu appears.
bConfirmthe line ’TV SETTINGS’ using the button
SqP .

Thefunction ’START UP VOLUME’ (switch-on volume)
regulatesthe volume when turning on the TV-Video Combi to
thispreset value.

usingthe buttons QSr or SqP .
