Manual TV channel search
Incertain cases the ’Automatic TV channel search’ may not be
ableto find all of the TV channels (e.g. coded TV channels). In
thatcase, use this manual method to set the channels.
aPressthe MENU buttonon the remote control. The main
menuwill appear.
bSelectthe line ’MANUAL SEARCH’ with the =Pror
;Pqbuttonand confirm with the SqP button.

cInthe line ’PROGRAMME NUMBER’, select the function
withthe buttons QSr or SqP or use the
numberbuttons ’ 0..9’ on the remote control to select the
desiredprogramme number, e.g.: ’P01’.
dSelectthe line ’FREQUENCY’ with the menu buttons
=Pror ;Pq.
eEnterthe frequency of the desired TV channel with the
numberbuttons 0..9 .
DIfyou don’t know the frequency of the desired TV
channel,press SqP in line ’FREQUENCY’to
startthe automatic search.
Repeatautomatic search until you have found the
desiredTV channel. A changing frequency number
willappear on the TV screen.
fIfyou want to allocate a decoder, in line ’DECODER’
select’ON’ using the button SqP .
gTostore the TV channel, press OK .’STORED’will
brieflyappear on the TV screen.
DIfyou would like to search for more TV channels,
startagain at step b.
hToend, press the MENU button.
Satellite receiver
Youcan receive channels from the satellite receiver via the
scartsocket EXT .
aTodo this, select the channel number ’E1’ using the
button 0onthe remote control. You will have to select
thechannels to be received by the satellite receiver on
thereceiver itself.
bUsethe number buttons 0..9 onthe remote control to
selectthe channels on the TV-Video Combi.
Special installation functions
Youcan select one of the following installation functions in
orderto adapt your TV-Video Combi to your own specific
requirements.
Automatic TV channel search (Autoinstall)
YourTV-Video Combi will search for all TV channels. It
arrangesthem in the following sequence into memory: BBC1,
BBC2,ITV, CH4, CH5, SKY, others.
DIfyou want to start the automatic TV channel search
again,follow the instructions below.
aPressthe MENU buttonon the remote control. The main
menuwill appear.
bSelectthe line ’AUTO INSTALL’ with the menu buttons
=Pror ;Pq.
cPressthe SqP button. ’Autoinstall’ starts.
