DWhilea programmed recording is being made, you
cannotoperate your video recorder manually. If you
wouldlike to stop a programmed recording session,
pressthe button STANDBYmfor more than 3
seconds.
DDuringrecording, the red recording light at the front
ofthe machine (RECORD 5) will be alight.
DIfthe end of the cassette is reached during a
recording,the TV-Video Combi will automatically
ejectthe cassette.
DIfyou forgot to insert a cassette,’NO CASSETTE’
willappear.
DIfyou have inserted a cassette with erase protection
whenyou want to start a recording, the cassette will
beejected automatically.
DIf’ALL TIMERS OCCUPIED’ appears on the TV
screenwhen you press the TIMERkbutton, you
haveused up all the available TIMER blocks. If you
wantto clear or check a programmed recording
(TIMERblock), select it with ;Pqor =Pr.
DIfthe message ’DATA ERROR’ appears on the
screenmomentarily, the data for the recording was
nottransferred. Please check date, start time and
endtime of the programmed recording
DProgrammenumber ’E1’ is provided for recording
fromexternal sources (via the EXT scart socket).
How to check or change a programmedrecording (TIMER)
aPressthe TIMERkbutton on the remote control.
bUsethe =Pror ;Pqbuttons to select the
programmedrecording (TIMER) you wish to check or
change.
cPressthe TIMERkbutton.
dSelectthe entry field with the QSr or SqP
button.
eChangeany displayed information with the =Pror
;Pqbuttonor with the 0..9 buttons.
fConfirmwith the OK button.
gMakesure that the cassette you have inserted is not
eraseprotected.
hSwitchoff using the STANDBYmbutton.
DTheprogrammed recording will only function
properly,if the TV-Video Combi has been switched
offusing the button STANDBYm.
DIfthe TV-Video Combi is turned on a few minutes
beforebeginning a programmed recording or if is
beingused for playback, ’PRESS OK TO START
RECORDING’will appear on the screen.
Changecassettes if necessary.
Confirmthis message with the button OK ,to
continuethe programmed recording session. The
TV-VideoCombi switches off during this operation.
Clearing a programmed recording (TIMER)
aPressthe TIMERkbutton on the remote control.
bUsethe button =Pror ;Pqto select the
programmedrecording (TIMER) which you wish to clear.
cPressthe CLEAR(CL) button.
Theselected programmed recording (TIMER) has now
beendeleted.
dToend, press the MENU button.
