REMOTE CONTROL – USING CHANNEL SURF
list or series of previously
Aviewed channels can be select-
ed with the SURF button on your
remote control. With this feature,
you can easily switch between dif-
ferent TV channels that currently
interest you. The SURF control
allows you to set up to ten channels	SURF
in its quick viewing list.		12			ADD?
Press the CHANNEL(+) or (Ð)							SURF

button (or the numbered buttons)
to select a channel to add to the		SURF LIST EMPTY
SURF list.
Press the SURF button on the
remote control. The on-screen dis-
play may read, ÒSURF LIST
EMPTY.Ó The number of the cur-		SLEEP			POWER		SURF
rent channel will be shown with
ÒADD?Ó to the right.	TV	SOURCE	STATUS	CC	CLOCK		12
While the SURF list message or							24	ADD?
		REPEAT	REPEAT	SHUFFLE	SCAN
the SURF channel list appears on			A-B		A/CH
	DVD						SURF
the screen, press the CURSOR
RIGHT button to add the present							12
channel to the SURF list.							24	DELETE?
If you want to delete the present		SOUND		PICTURE			4
channel from the SURF list, press						3
the CURSOR RIGHT button		MENU			OK

Repeat steps 1 through 3 to add
							SURF
more channels (up to 10) to the

NOTE: Along with regularly pro- grammed channels, the external video source connections can be added to the SURF list. This means that the AV1, AV2, and AV3 channels can be added to your SURF list. Just tune to their chan- nel and use the same procedure described on this page.
