Manual setting
1 Turn on the uni t, if necessary.
2 From Hom e screen, select [Settings] >
[Clock settings] >[Date and time].
Or, press • SETTINGSon the rem ote
control to enter [Settings].
3 In [Date and time], se lect [Current date
and time] > [Manual].
4 To enter date and ti me,
Press • or to select the entry
location;
Use the alphanumer ic buttons to •
enter desired digi ts;
Press • OK to con firm.
You can also press • or
repeatedly, or press and hold or
until the desired digit appears.
Set date/time format
Select how date and ti me are displayed in the
clock.
1 Follow Step 1-2 under “ Manual setting”.
2 In [Date and time], go t o [Time format]
or [Date format] to select options.

Network settings

Setup network
After the firs t-time setup, you can change how
MCi8080 connectsto home Wi-Fi/wired network:
Switch between different connection •
methods (wireless or w ired,
automatic or manual);
Switch between different routers.•
To do so, do the following:
1 From Hom e screen, go to [Settings] >
[Network settings] > [Setup network].
Or, press • SETTINGS on the remot e
control to enter [Settings].
Tip
According to the loca tion and time zone you •
select, the un it can have the clock tim e set
and adjusted au tomatically thro ugh the online
service over the I nternet.
To check and change curre nt location and tim e
•
zone, go to [Settings] > [Location and time
zone].
Through time signals from F M RDS radio
1 On the uni t, turn on the FM radi o, if
necessary.
Ensure that the FM an tenna is •
connected properly CA-MCI8080-
Connect the FM ant enna (see
‘Connect the FM an tenna’ on page
23).
2 On the fir st location for preset s tations,
store an FM RDS st ation that transmi ts
time signals.
3 From Hom e screen, select [Settings] >
[Clock settings] > [Date and time].
Or, press • SETTINGSon the rem ote
control to enter [Settings].
4 In [Date and time], se lect [Current date
and time] > [Automa tic (RDS)].
The unit searches for the first preset »
station automatically.
The time is set according to time »
signals from the station.
