Contact the game manufacturer to verify.You must have also loaded the SGC2909 software.There are many different force feed- back and rumble effects available. However, due to differences in software and hardware design, the Retract- able PC Controller may not support all effects.You will find that the range of effects that the Retractable PC Controller supports will vary from game to game.

•Check the ‘APPLE SYSTEM PROFILER’ to verify that your Mac is properly detecting the Retractable PC Controller.
•In Mac OS 9.2 or later, verify that the software title is Input Sprocket compatible. In Mac OS X verify that the software has HID Peripheral Support.
•Check your software’s instruction manual to ensure it is supports USB controllers.The Retractable PC Con- troller can not be used with keyboard and mouse games..The software title must support USB controllers..
