Connecting to a Stereo

Complete the antenna/cable connec- tions as described on pages seven-eight.

Connect red and white audio cables to the red and white AUDIO OUT jacks on the back of the TV/DVD and to the AUDIO IN jacks on the stereo.

Set your stereo to Auxiliary In. See your stereo owner’s manual for details.

Connecting to an Amplifier Equipped with Digital Input Jacks, MD Deck or DAT Deck

Complete the antenna/cable connec- tions as described on pages seven-eight.

Connect an audio coaxial digital cable (not supplied) to the DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (PCM/BITSTREAM) COAXIAL jack on the back of the TV/DVD and to the COAXIAL DIGITAL AUDIO IN jack on the amplifier.

A 5.1 channel Dolby Digital surround disc cannot be rerecorded or copied digitally by an MD or DAT deck.
