While using iPod, press this button to shuf- fle all tracks.
Press and hold to switch the control mode while using an iPod connected USB con- nector of this unit.
If using the iPod with an interface adapter
bBAND/ESC button
Press to select among three FM bands and one AM band.
Press to return to the ordinary display when operating menu.
Remote control
Operation is the same as when using the but- tons on the head unit.
cVOLUME buttons
Press to increase or decrease the volume.
dFUNCTION button Press to select functions.
eThumb pad
Move to perform manual seek tuning, fast forward, reverse and track search controls. Also used for controlling functions.
Functions are the same as
Press to display the disc title list, track title list, folder list, file list or preset channel list depending on the source.
fDIRECT button
Press to directly select the desired track.
gCLEAR button
Press to cancel the input number when 0 to 9 are used.
h0 to 9 buttons
Press to directly select the desired track, preset tuning or disc. Buttons 1 to 6 can op- erate the preset tuning for the tuner or disc number search for the
iPGM button
Press to operate the preprogrammed func- tions for each source. (Refer to Using the PGM button on page 36.)
jMUTE button
Press to turn off the sound. To turn on the sound, press again.
kENT button
Press to change to the entertainment dis- play.
lAUDIO button
Press to select various sound quality con- trols.
