AC power operation

1Attach the player to the battery case.

1Align the guide hole on the rear of the player with the rear guide on the battery case.

2Push in the front part of the player until it clicks.

2Connect the DC output plug of the AC adapter to the DC IN connector on the rear of the battery case.

3Connect the power plug of the

AC adapter to the power

3outlet.

4Set the power switch of the

player to ON.

Now the player can be operated.

Notes:

•When both the battery pack and AC adapter are connected to the battery case, the battery pack will not be recharged. In this case, use the battery charger for recharging the battery pack (page 36).

CAUTION

•Be sure to use the AC adapter provided with the player.

•Before inserting or removing the DC output plug of the AC adapter, always be sure to set the power switch of the portable DVD player to OFF.

•When both the battery pack and AC adapter are connected to the battery case, the AC adapter operation is given the priority. As their simultaneous connection may increase the equipment temperature, it is recommended to remove the battery.
