1. PressBACK to pause training recording.

2. PressBACK again or select Exit from the Stop

menuto stop recording altogether.

Detachthe transmitter connector from the strap

andrinse the strap under running water after every

use.Wash the strap regularly in a washing

machineat 40°C/104°F after every fifth use.

ContinueTraining:

Continuerecording the paused training session by

selectingContinue from the Stop menu.
