registerfor the service. A Polar FlowLink™ (can be

purchasedseparately) and WebSync software are

requiredfor data transfer.

Downloadthe WebSync software from

polarpersonaltrainer.comand install it onto your

PCfollowing the instructions on the screen.

TransferTraining Data

1. Openthe WebSync data transfer software on

yourPC.

2. Plugthe FlowLink into a USB port.

3. Placeyour RS300X on the FlowLink display

facingdown.

4. Followthe instructions on your computer screen

fortransferring data from your training

computerto polarpersonaltrainer.com. For

furtherinstructions, see the help section in
