Progammazione della Target Zone 2:

Se OFF lampeggia nella fila inferiore del display, premere SIGNAL/LIGHT per attivare la Target Zone 2.

LIM2 viene visualizzato nella riga superiore del quadrante.

Il valore superiore, indicante il limite superiore della Target Zone 2, lampeggia.

1.Premere SIGNAL/LIGHT per programmare il Limite superiore 2.

2.Premere STORE/LAP/RECOVERY per confermare la programmazione. Il valore inferiore, corrispondente al Limite inferiore 2, inizierà a lampeggiare.

3.Premere SIGNAL/LIGHT per programmare il Limite inferiore 2.

4.Premere STORE/LAP/RECOVERY per confermare la programmazione. Il valore superiore inizierà a lampeggiare.

5.Premere SET/START/STOP per programmare la Target Zone 3.

Programmazione della Target Zone 3:

LIM3 viene visualizzato nella riga superiore del quadrante.

Ripetere le programmazioni come per LIM2.

Disattivare le Target Zone 2 o 3:

1.Partendo dalla funzione “orologio”, portarsi alla programmazione della Target Zone 2 o 3 (vedi sopra).

LIM2 o LIM3 viene visualizzato nella riga superiore del quadrante. Il valore superiore, indicante il limite superiore, lampeggia.

2.Tenere premuto SET/START/STOP fino a che comparirà OFF.

Disattivando la Target Zone 2, si disattiva automaticamente anche la Target Zone 3.

Per proseguire, attenersi a una delle procedure seguenti:

1.Per programmare la funzione “recupero”, premere SET/START/STOP. Comparirà RECO.

Il quarto blocchetto della barra, corrispondente alla programmazione della funzione “recupero”, inizierà a lampeggiare. Hr oppure TI inizierà a lampeggiare.

Vedere la sezione Regolazione della funzione “recupero”.

2. Per tornare alla funzione “orologio”, premere due volte SELECT.
