Word Mobile

If a list of workbooks is displayed rather than a new sheet, you’ll need to create a new workbook. To create a workbook:

In Excel Mobile, tap the Menu>File>New.

Toolbar

Menu bar

Entry bar

Cell

Selected cell

Formula drop-down menu Sheet1 drop-down menu

If the toolbar is not visible, tap on the View>Toolbar.

You can enter data, work with rows and columns and create formulas as you would when working with Excel on your PC.

Using Excel Mobile Help

If you need help using this application, you can review the instructions in the associated help files. To display Excel Mobile help files:

Launch the Excel Mobile program.

Tap on Start>Help, and review the instructions provided.

6.6.2 Word Mobile

If you’ve used Microsoft Word on your Mac or PC, Word Mobile will be familiar to you. Keep in mind however that Word Mobile is designed for a small screen and limited memory.

Note: Keep in mind also that a Word document created on your PC can lose key formatting features such as styles and tables if you make changes to it on your WORKABOUT PRO.
