Recording an Announcement
You can record a personal message for the caller to hear when the TAD an- swers a call.
Important Hints:
•The outgoing message must be at least 2 seconds long for proper remote operation.
•Your recorded announcements can be up to 2 minutes long, but more than 5 seconds of silence automat- ically stops recording.
•We recommend you write down your announcement before record- ing it. If you plan to record callers’ messages, ask for the caller’s name, phone number, and mes- sage.
