Mecanismo de arranque

¡ATENCION! El muelle de retorno está

!tensado en el cuerpo del mecanismo de arranque y, con una manipulación negligente, puede soltarse y causar lesiones.

Para cambiar el muelle de arranque o el cordón de arranque, proceda con cuidado. Utilice gafas protectoras y guantes protectores.

Cambio de un cordón de arranque roto o desgastado

•Afloje los tornillos que fijan el mecanismo de arranque en el cárter y saque el mecanismo.

•Extraiga el cordón unos 30 cm y sáquelo de la guía en la periferia de la polea. Anule el efecto del muelle de retorno dejando que la polea gire despacio hacia atrás.

•Afloje el tornillo del centro de la polea y saque ésta. Ponga un cordón nuevo en la polea y fíjelo. Enrolle unas 3 vueltas de cordón de arranque en la polea.

Monte la polea contra el muelle de retorno de forma que el extremo del muelle enganche la polea. Ponga el tornillo en el centro la polea. Pase el cordón por el orificio del cuerpo del mecanismo de arranque y la empuñadura de arranque. Haga un nudo resistente en el cordón.

Tensado del muelle de retorno

•Saque el cordón de arranque de la guía de la polea y gire ésta en el sentido de las agujas del reloj unas 2 vueltas.

Aclaración! Compruebe que sea posible girar la polea como mínimo 1/2 vuelta más con el cordón totalmente extraído.

Cambio de un muelle de retorno roto

•Levante la polea. Vea las instrucciones bajo el título Cambio de un cordón de arranque roto o desgastado.

•Demontera returfjädern, som sitter monterad i linhjulet, genom att linhjulet, med insidan vänd nedåt, lätt slås mot arbetsbänken. Om fjädern sprätter ut vid montering lindas den i utifrån och in mot centrum.

•Lubrique el muelle de retorno con aceite claro. Monte la polea y tense el muelle.

Montaje del mecanismo de arranque

•Para montar el mecanismo de arranque, primero extraiga el cordón y después coloque el mecanismo en su sitio en el cárter. Luego, suelte despacio el cordón para que los ganchos agarren la polea.

•Ponga los tornillos de fijación del mecanismo de arranque y apriételos.
