Lubricación del cojinete de agujas

El tambor de embrague tiene un cojinete de agujas en el eje saliente.

Para lubricar se desmonta el envolvente del embrague aflojando las dos tuercas de la espada. A continuación coloque la sierra con el tambor de embrague arriba.

La lubricación se hace goteando aceite de motor en el centro del tambor de embrague al mismo tiempo que se gira éste.

Ajuste de la bomba de aceite

La bomba de aceite es regulable. El ajuste se hace girando el tornillo mediante un destornillador o una llave combinada. La máquina se entrega de fábrica con una vuelta abierta. Si se gira el tornillo en el sentido de las agujas del reloj, disminuye el flujo de aceite. Al girar el tornillo en el sentido contrario, el flujo de aceite aumenta.

Posición recomendada:

Espada de 20"-24": 2 vueltas desde la posición cerrada.

Espada de 28"- : 3 vueltas desde la posición cerrada.

¡ATENCION! Al efectuar el ajuste, el

 

motor no debe estar en marcha.

 

 

 

Sistema refrigerante

Para lograr una temperatura de funcionamiento lo más baja posible, la máquina incorpora un sistema refrigerante.

El sistema refrigerante está compuesto por:

1Toma de aire en el mecanismo de arranque.

2 Deflector de aire.

3 Palas de ventilador en el volante.

4 Aletas de enfriamiento en el cilindro.

5 Cubierta del cilindro (dirige el aire refrigerante hacia el cilindro).

Limpie el sistema refrigerante con un cepillo una vez por semana (en condiciones difíciles, con mayor frecuencia). Un sistema refrigerante sucio u obturado produce sobrecalentemiento de la máquina, con las consiguientes averías del cilindro y el pistón.

Aclaración! El sistema de refrigeración de una motosierra con catalizador se debe limpiar a diario. Esto es particularmente importante en las motosierras con catalizador que, debido a una mayor temperatura de los gases de escape, exigen una refrigeración muy buena del motor y de la unidad catalizadora.

Depuración centrífuga ”Sin Polvo”

Con la depuración centrífuga, todo el aire que va al carburador entra (es absorbido) a través del mecanismo de arranque. El ventilador de enfriamiento evacúa centrífugamente la suciedad y el polvo.

¡IMPORTANTE! Para que la depuración centrífuga funcione satisfactoriamente, debe efectuarse un mantenimiento constante del sistema. Limpie la toma de aire del mecanismo de arranque, las palas de ventilador del volante, el espacio alrededor del volante, el tubo de admisión y el compartimiento del carburador.
