Removing Misfed Paper

When “Remove Misfeed Duplex Unit” Appears

•When removing misfed paper, do not touch the fusing section because it becomes very hot.

❒Forcefully removing misfed paper may cause paper to tear and leave scraps of paper in the duplex unit. This might cause a misfeed and damage the print- er.

Removing the misfed paper inside the cover

A Open the rear cover of the duplex unit.

B Remove the misfed paper.
