Installer CD
Aficio MFPs and Printers come with an auto installation CD which contains all the printer drivers (RPCS, PCL5e, PCL6, Adobe & PS3) and software (SmartDeviceMonitor). DeskTopBinder is available on a separate CD or downloadable via the Internet.
Web Image Monitor
Web Image Monitor is a browser based status report which gives the user full information about the machine set up and readiness. It shows for example the level of toner remaining, the paper tray settings and whether the machine is on or
No additional software is required; the user simply views live machine data on a standard web browser. The layout of Web Image Monitor has been simplified with all views
merged into a single page containing full status information.
The Web Image Monitor screen is divided into
3 areas:
Area 1 enables the user to select a function of Web Image Monitor. Some of the functions are password protected (administrator mode).
In area 2 the user can switch between languages (like operation panel).
Area 3 is the information/work field of the function selected in area 1.
