Better Paper Handling Specifications
The paper weight from standard trays has been increased to 216 g/m² and the paper weight from the bypass feed and new A3 LCT to 300 g/m².
The standard 2 x 1100 A4 tandem tray (top tray) can be converted into an 1100 sheet A3 tray, increasing the A3 paper capacity. With the new A3 LCT fitted, the machine will hold up to 4200 sheets of A3
A new A3 Large Capacity Tray supports paper sizes up to A3+* and paper weights up to 300 g/m². It is equipped with the air assist mechanism for better paper separation of coated paper.
The A3 LCT uses the Bypass Tray entrance, so with this option fitted there is no bypass feed. The A3 LCT is perfect for applications where there is a requirement to feed large paper sizes and / or heavy paper weights on a regular basis.

Professional Finishing Options
The GBC StreamPunch III unit enables the user to punch documents at full engine speed in seven standard binding formats. The operator can quickly and easily change the die set to change the punching style.
The Plockmatic BK5010 booklet maker with optional trimmer and square folding function (2a), enables the user to produce professionally finished A4 and A5 booklets (2) of maximum 120 pages (30 sheets). The interposer also supports cover insertion (up to 300g/m²).

Fax, Scan, Print and Security Features
A fax option, like that available with other Aficio MFPs, is available with the Aficio MP C6000 and MP C7500. The fax option provides high speed G3 fax functionality and means that in an office environment, the new machines can act as document centres handling communication as well as print. New scanning features (available with SP versions of the product) include Scan to URL, Scan to NCP, High Compression PDF, and Preview before Scan. These features are explained in more detail in the relevant sections of this guide.
New print features (available with SP versions of the product) include Imposition Settings, Double Print, Speed Print, Creep, Crop Mark printing, Mobile Driver and Mail to Print. These features are explained in more detail in the relevant sections of this guide.
New security features which are also explained later in the guide include a simplified Windows/LDAP/Basic authentication process, Kerberos authentication, encrypted pdf transmission and unauthorised copy protection.
