UPUTE ZA KUHANJE

MIKROVALOVI

Mikrovalna energija zapravo prodire u hranu, a privlači je i upija voda, masnoće i šećer u hrani.

Mikrovalovi uzrokuju brzo kretanje molekula u hrani. Brzo kretanje tih molekula stvara trenje, a toplina koja pri tom oslobađa kuha hranu.

KUHANJE

Posuđe za mikrovalno kuhanje:

Posuđe mora propuštati mikrovalnu energiju radi maksimalne učinkovitosti. Mikrovalovi se odbijaju od metala, kao što je nehrđajući čelik, aluminij ili bakar, no prolaze kroz keramiku, staklo, porculan i plastiku, kao i kroz papir i drvo. Stoga se hrana ne smije kuhati u metalnim posudama.

Hrana pogodna za mikrovalno kuhanje:

Koristite prikladnu staklenu vatrostalnu zdjelu s poklopcem. Kuhajte pokriveno minimalno vrijeme - vidi tablicu. Nastavite kuhati koliko želite. Dvaput promiješajte tijekom kuhanja i jednom nakon kuhanja. Dodajte sol, začine ili maslac nakon kuhanja. Poklopite i ostavite da odstoji.
