SETTING THE POWER FREEZE / POWER COOL FUNCTIONS
You can use the Power Freeze and Power Cool functions to lower the temperature of the freezer and fridge compartments quickly. To use the Power Freeze or Power Cool function, follow these steps:
1. Touch the Freezer/Fridge temperature on the Home screen.
2. Select the Power Freeze ( 
) and/or Power Cool ( 
) button(s), and then Press the [Save] button.
•To cancel Power Freeze or Cool, tap the corresponding button once again.
•Energy consumption increases during Power Freeze and/or Power Cool usage.
• If you select the question icon ( ), the function description screen pops up.

•When you turn on Power Freeze/Power Cool, the refrigerator’s compressor speeds up and is louder than during normal operation.
•Power Freeze will turn off automatically after a certain period of time, and the freezer temperature will return to its previous setting.
•Power Cool will turn off automatically after a certain period of time, and the fridge temperature will return to its previous setting.
