Resetting Your Phone

Resetting the phone restores all the factory defaults, including the ringer types and display settings. The Contacts, Call History, Calendar, and Messaging are not affected.

1.From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 54), select Erase/Reset.

2.Select Reset Phone. (A disclaimer appears.)

3.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

4.If you’re sure you want to reset your phone, select Yes.

Resetting the Browser

1.From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 54), select Erase/Reset.

2.Select Reset Browser.

3.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

4.If you are certain you would like to reset, select Yes.

Resetting Favourites

1.From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 54), select Erase/Reset.

2.Select Reset Favourites.

3.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

4.If you are certain you would like to reset, select Yes.

Resetting Default Settings

1.From the Security Menu display (See “Accessing the Security Menu” on page 54), select Erase/Reset.

2.Select Default Settings. (A disclaimer appears.)

3.Press OK (left softkey) to continue.

4.If you are certain you would like to reset, select Yes.
