œ Clog detection indicator
Flashes when the recording quality deteriorates due to dirty VCR heads.
2 Cassette indicator
Comes on when a cassette is loaded. Flashes during thread check function.
3 Alarm indicator
Flashes when an alarm is being recorded:
Comes on after the alarm has been recorded:
œ Cooling fan failure indicator
If the cooling fan does not operate properly, the indicator will flash and the buzzer will be heard. (Press the STOP button to stop the buzzer.)
The display will stay on until the cooling fan is repaired. If the unit is used without first repairing the cooling fan, that may cause damages to other components.
œ Battery failure indicator
If the battery fails, the indicator will flash and the buzzer will be heard. (Press the STOP button to stop the buzzer.)
The display will stay on until the battery is replaced. If the battery is not replaced and there is a power failure, the contents of the memory will be lost (not recorded to the tape).
