If you arerunning the utilityonasingle-cablenetwork,one of the ‘framing error’
counterswill be incrementing continuouslydue tothe open connection on the
monitoring device’sothercableconnector.Forexample,ifyoursinglecableis
connected tothe CableAconnector,the ‘CableBframing error’counterwill
incrementcontinuously. Insuchcasesyou can disregardthe counter.
The option runs continuouslyand displays a pass countuntil you terminateitby
pressing Escape.
