HOW TO USE THE ONLINE MANUAL
Installing Acrobat Reader
To install Acrobat Reader, about 10MB of hard disk spac e is required.
1Turn on your computer.
2Insert the CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
3Double-click "My Computer" ( ), and then double-click the CD-
ROM ( ) icon.
4Double-click the "ACROBAT" folder, and then double-click the
"AR405ENG.EXE" icon.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install Acrobat Read er.
HOW TO PRINT
1Make sure that the paper of the desired size and type is loaded
in the tray.
2Open the document you intend to print, and select "Print" from
the application's "File" menu.
3Verify the "Printer Name" is set to "SHARP AJ-2200" and click
the "Properties" button.
On Windows 2000, the "Properties" button does not appear. Set your prefe rences
by switching the tab in the "Print" dialog box.
4Specify the print settings including the number of copies,
media type, and print quality, and then click the "OK" button to
start printing.
On Windows 2000, click the "Print" button to start prin ting.
For more information on print settings, refer to the online man ual.
BONUS SOFTWARE
To install MGI PhotoSuite III SE on the supplied CD-ROM, please refer to the follow ing
procedures. After turning on your computer, insert the CD-ROM.
1Double-click "My Computer" ( ), and then double-click the CD-
ROM ( ) icon.
2Double-click the "MGI" folder, double-click the "PS3" folder,
and then double-click the "SETUP" icon.
Follow the on-screen instructions to install PhotoSuite III SE.
