Scanning glass and rollers

Clean the scanning glass and rollers frequently to ensure the quality of

transmitted images and copies. Open the operation panel (grasp the

finger hold and pull up), and wipe the scanning glass and rollers with a

soft cloth.

♦Make sure that all dirt and stains (such as correc ting fluid) are

removed, as dirts and stains will c ause vertical lines on

transmitted images and copies.

♦Adhesive cellophane tape is u seful for removal of debris f rom the

rollers.
