Outils nécessaires : Brosse de nettoyage de 25 ou 50 mm (1 ou 2 po)

REMARQUE

Nettoyer chaque jour.

1. Fermer le volet de départ (position de démarrage à froid [ ]). Ceci empêchera la pénétration de saletés dans le carburateur lors du retrait du filtre à air. Nettoyer le pourtour du filtre à air avec une brosse.

2.Retirer le couvercle du filtre à air. Balayez l’intérieur du couvercle pour enlever la saleté.

3.Retirer le filtre à air et balayez légèrement le filtre pour enlever la saleté. Remplacer filtre s’il est endommagé, saturé de carburant, très sale, ou les bords en caoutchouc de cachetage sont déformés.

4.Si filtre peut être réutilisé, s’assurer :

ajustements étroitement dans la cavité de filtre à air à air

qu’il est remis en place avec la même face vers l’extérieur qu’à l’origine.

5.Installez le couvercle du filtre à air.

Filtre a carburant

Niveau 1.

Outillage nécessaire : Fil de fer de 200-250mm (8-10 po)de long, dont l’une des extrémités est recourbée en crochet, chiffon propre,

entonnoir et jerrican agréé.

dANGER

Le carburant est TRES inflammable. Faire preuve d’extrême pru- dence pour le mélanger, l’entreposer et le manipuler.

1.Se servir d’un chiffon propre pour enlever les impuretés non collées autour du bouchon du réservoir de carburant et vider celui-ci.

2.Se servir du crochet à conduite de carburant pour extraire cette dernière et le filtre du réservoir.

3.Retirer le filtre de la conduite et en poser un neuf.
