22.7 Disconnecting from the Computer

If you have connected the camera, as a mass storage medium, to your computer (USB mode: MSDC), then you should never disconnect the camera without first safely removing the hardware from your operating system. Failure to do this could result in the loss of data or damage to your camera’s memory.

For Windows 98SE, Me, 2000

Use the button to switch your camera off before you remove the USB connection cable.

For Windows XP:
