Insert a disc and proceed as follows.

1 Hold down the SHIFT button and press the MENU button.

The system menu appears on the monitor screen.

2 Press the J button or j button to select “DISC MENU,” then press the k button.

The DISC MENU page appears.

3 Press the J button or j button to select “STATUS,” then press the k button.

The “STATUS” menu item appears.

4 Display the disc status or the status of the current clip.
