Navigating the menus

The main menus are shown as icons on the desktop. Some submenus include tabs that appear on the screen. Scroll to a tab with the navigation key and select an option.

1Left selection key. Press to select the option displayed on the bottom left of the screen.

Getting to know your phone

24-way navigation with center select. Press to go to the desktop.

Press to select highlighted items.

Move , , , through menus and tabs.

3Press to go back one level in the menus. Press and hold to return to standby.

4Right selection key. Press to select the option displayed on the bottom right of the screen.

5Press to delete an item or character of text. Press and hold to delete more than one character of text.

External display

Your phone’s external display shows the service provider, time, date, signal strength, and the battery charge level.

Relevant status information is shown on the external display. When the camera button is pressed and held with the flip closed, the external display functions as a view finder. Zoom is controlled with the upper and lower side volume keys.
