PRESET PROGRAMS

The STAR TRAC E-SERIES CARDIO PRODUCTS offer up to 14 preset programs to add variety and chal- lenge to your workout.

Note: Some programs are not available on all products. Program applicability is noted where appropriate.

To select a Workout, press Select A Workout while in the Home Screen. The Workouts screen will appear. You can select a program as defined in the following flowchart (see Program Definition for explanation of each program).
