Firm & Tone | The Firm and Tone program allows the user to select a difficulty level and |

| a time goal and user weight; the program automatically adjusts resistance during the |

| workout. The SelectFitTM feature is automatically incorporated into the workout, unless |

| the user disengages the upper body feature. You are prompted to select one of three |
|
|
