Firm & Tone

The Firm and Tone program allows the user to select a difficulty level and pre-program

 

 

 

a time goal and user weight; the program automatically adjusts resistance during the

 

 

 

workout. The SelectFitTM feature is automatically incorporated into the workout, unless

 

 

 

the user disengages the upper body feature. You are prompted to select one of three
