Stuffed Mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 medium red onion, very finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pound sausage patties
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
4 ounces Gruyere cheese, shredded
1.In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, onion, garlic, and mushroom stems. Cook for

Teriyaki Chicken Wings
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
