WEP keys are used for packet encryption. The Passphrase is used to save time. If a Passphrase is entered, the keys are generated in real time.
ASCII - The user can configure the WEP key by selecting the checkbox of ASCII and types the WEP key in key
Transmit Key - There are 4 WEP Keys available. Specify which key to use to encrypt the wireless packets by setting the Transmit Key.
•Key 1 - The 1st WEP key used for packet encryption. The key can be either in HEX or ASCII format.
•Key 2 - The 2nd WEP key used for packet encryption. The key can be either in HEX or ASCII format.
•Key 3 - The 3rd WEP key used for packet encryption. The key can be either in HEX or ASCII format.
•Key 4 - The 4th WEP key used for packet encryption. The key can be either in HEX or ASCII format.
