Remedy

Power

Correctly connect the AC Power Cord to an AC Outlet.

If the player is not used, i.e. no key pressed for 30 minutes,

it automatially switches to standby (Auto Power Off). Press the B or STANDBY key to switch the player on again.

Turn the player off and unplug it to reset the DVD player. Wait approximately 2 minutes, plug the player back in and turn it on.

Wipe the disc clean.

Set the STANDBY to OFF and back to ON again. Alternatively, turn off the player, disconnect the power plug and then re-connect it. (The player may not be operating properly due to lightning, static electricity or some other external factor.)

If keys still do not activate the functions they control even when the above mentioned corrective action has been taken, contact your THOMSON retailer.

This player is equipped with anticopy protection.

There is no sound during a pause (still picture), still picture advance, or slow playback.

Check the Audio Options in the Setup menu.
