You cannot read a
file
Check to ensure the required file is actually on the
memory media card that is inserted into the tablet.
If you are still unable to resolve the problem,
contact TOSHIBA Support.

Problem Procedure
USB device does not
work
Remove the USB device from the convert cable
and reconnect it to ensure it is firmly attached.
Sound system

No sound is heard Adjust the volume.
Check the software volume settings.
Check to see if system sound is muted.
Check to make sure the headphone connection is
secure.
Recorded sound
volume is low
Disable Toshiba Noise Suppressor setting.
Disable Toshiba Beamforming setting.
Recorded sound
quality is not good
Disable Toshiba Noise Suppressor setting.
Disable Toshiba Beamforming setting.
Recorded sound is
not stereo
Check the application supports stereo recording.
Disable Toshiba Beamforming setting.
Wireless LAN
If the following procedures do not restore LAN access, consult your LAN
administrator.
