SETTINGS & TOOLS

Messages: Inco ming Messages/ Outgoing Messa ges

For Incoming Messages, set Allow All/Block All.

For Outgoing Messages, set Allow All/Block All.

Dial-Up Modem : Allow/Bloc k

To set any of the submenus, press the Center Select Key [SET ].

Phone Lock Setting

This setting specifies whether the handset s hould be locked

whenever it is turned on.

Lock Mode prevents the unauthorized use of your handset . Once

the handset is locked, it is in restricted mode until the Lock Co de is

entered. When in Lock Mode, you can only receive a phon e call, make

a 911 call, or call an (In Case of Emergency) ICE contact. You can

change the Lock Code using the Security m enu.

1. From idle mode, press the Center S elect Key [MENU], select

Settings & Tools, then press the Center S elect Key [OK]. Press

 Phone Settings,  Sec urity.

2. Enter the four-digit Lock Code, then press the Center Se lect Key

[OK]. The default Lock Code is the last 4 digit s of your phone

number.

3. Press  Phone Lock Settin g.

4. Select one of the following settings, then pres s the Center Select

Key [SET].

Unlocked: Your handset is unlocked.

On Power Up: Your handset will be locked when it is tu rned on.

Lock Phone Now

1. From idle mode, press the Center S elect Key [MENU], select

Settings & Tools, then press the Center S elect Key [OK]. Press
