Tips on Efficient Opera tion

Do not touch the antenna unnecessarily when t he phone is in use.
Contact with the antenna affects call quality a nd may cause the
phone to consume more power than otherw ise needed.

Driving

Talking on the phone while driving is extremely dangerous and is
illegal in some states. Remember, safety comes firs t. Check the laws
and regulations on the use of phones in the areas where you dri ve.
Always obey them.
If you must use your phone while driving, please:
Give full attention to driving. Driving safely is your firs t responsibility.
Use hands-free operation and/or one- touch, speed dialing, and auto
answer modes.
Pull off the road and park before making or answering a ca ll.
An air bag inflates with great force. DO NOT place objects, including
either installed or portable wireless equ ipment, in the area over the air
bag or in the air bag deployment area.
If in-vehicle wireless equipment is improperly inst alled and the air bag
inflates, serious injury could result.
