Find handset
• To locate a misplaced handset, pres s FIND HANDSET on the base to
page all system handsets.
• To end the page at the base, pres s FIND HANDSET again.
• To end the page at the handset, p ress , SPEAKER, O FF or any
dial pad key (0-9, *, #).

Conference call
It is possibl e to establish a conference call between t wo handsets and
the external line.
While HS1 is on an external call, HS2 can join the call by pressing TALK.
A conference call will be estab lished.

Call transfer
• The origin ating handset (HS1) can transfer an external call to another ha ndset (HS2) by pressing
INT. The external call is put on hold and the s creen will display CALLING OTH ER HANDSET.
• HS2 will ring a nd display OTHER HANDSET I S CALLING HANDSET IS CALLING
• HS2 can pick u p the transferred call by pressing TALK /FLASH.
• An interc om call is establis hed between HS1 and HS2 and they can discus s the call prior to the
external call being transferre d to HS2. CALL TRANSFERRED wil l display on the HS1.
If the transferred call is not answere d within 100 seconds, the external cal l will be returned to HS1.
