How do you get warranty service?
• To obtain warranty servic e in the United States of A merica, call 1-80 0-595-9511 for instr uctions regard ing where to return the P roduct. Before ca lling for servic e, please check the u ser’s
manual. A check of the Produ ct controls and fea tures may save you a servi ce call.
• Except as provided by appl icable law, you assume t he risk of loss or dam age during transit a nd transportati on and are responsi ble for delivery or h andling charges in curred in the trans port
of Product (s) to the service l ocation. VTech will ret urn repaired or repl aced product und er this limited warra nty to you, transpor tation, deliver y or handling charg es prepaid. VTech assu mes
no risk for damage or loss of th e Product in transi t.
• If the Pr oduct failure is no t covered by this limite d warranty, or proof of pur chase does not meet t he terms of this limite d warranty, VTech will noti fy you and will reque st that you authorize th e
cost of repair prior to any fur ther repair activ ity. You must pay for the cost of re pair and return ship ping costs for the re pair of Products that a re not covered by this lim ited warranty.
What must you return with the Product to get warranty service?
1. Return the entire original package and contents i ncluding the Prod uct to the VTech serv ice location alon g with a descripti on of the malfuncti on or difculty ; and
2. Include “valid proof of purchase” (sales re ceipt) identify ing the Product pur chased (Product m odel) and the date of pur chase or receipt; a nd
3. Provide your name, compl ete and correct mail ing address, and tele phone number.
Other Limitations
• This warranty is the comp lete and exclusive agr eement between you an d VTech. It supersede s all other written or o ral communicati ons related to this Pro duct. VTech provide s no other
warranties for this produ ct. The warranty exc lusively descri bes all of VTech’s respons ibilities regar ding the product. T here are no other expre ss warranties. No one i s authorized to make
modications to this li mited warranty and y ou should not rely on any s uch modicatio n.
• State/Provincial Law Rights: This warrant y gives you specic l egal rights, and you m ay also have other right s which vary from sta te to state or province to p rovince.
• Limitations: Implied warran ties, including tho se of tness for a particula r purpose and merchanta bility (an unwritten war ranty that the Product is t for or dinary use) are limited to one year fro m
date of purchase. Some states/pr ovinces do no t allow limitat ions on how l ong an implie d warranty la sts, so the above limitatio n may not appl y to you. In no event shall VTech be liabl e for
any indirect, specia l, incidental, c onsequential, o r similar damages ( including, but n ot limited to lost pr ots or revenue, ina bility to use the Product or other a ssociated equip ment, the cost of
substitute equipment, and clai ms by third parties) resulting from the us e of this Product. Some states/provi nces do not allow the exclusion or limitat ion of incidental or consequ ential damages,
so the above limitation or exc lusion may not apply to y ou.
