Tools Needed:

Align the stationary spring cone(s) with

 

 

Torsion

the holes in the center bearing bracket.

 

 

 

 

 

Spring

 

Secure the spring(s) to the center bearing

 

 

9/16” Socket

 

 

 

bracket with (2) 3/8”- 16 x 1-1/2” hex

 

 

Stationary

 

 

 

Ratchet Wrench

head bolts and (2) 3/8”- 16 nuts.

5/16” x 1- 5/8” lag screws

Spring cone

IMPORTANT: Springs under tension

 

 

 

 

 

9/16” Wrench

can be dangerous.

 

 

 

 

IMPORTANT: The spring warning
