2Scroll down to the Reset the system back to factory defaults section at the bottom of the screen.

3If you want to keep all subscriber account information, select Keep subscriber profile and/or Keep port-location mapping profile.

4Click Apply.

5Wait for the VSG to finish restarting before accessing the VSG again.

3.8Restarting the VSG

Note: You must restart the VSG every time you change the system IP address or upload a firmware or configuration file.

In the Main Menu screen, click System Tools, Restart and click Apply.
