WARNING: Before inspecting, cleaning or servicing the machine, shut off engine, wait for all moving parts to come to a complete stop, disconnect spark plug wire and move wire away from spark plug. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious personal injury or property damage.

Spark plug wire disconnected.

Reconnect wire.

Engine Throttle Control Lever incorrectly set.

Put lever in START position.

Fuel tank empty.

Choke control (if so equipped) in incorrect position.

Stale gasoline.

Drain fuel and add fresh fuel.

Dirty air filter.

Bolt loose in transmission pulley.

Tines turn, but wheels don’t.

Wheel Drive Pins not in WHEEL DRIVE.

Bolt loose in transmission pulley.

Tine holder mounting hardware missing.

Replace hardware.

Bolt loose in transmission pulley.
