3.Type the IP address of the public network device to be filtered out into the Destination IP field.

4.Click Apply. The Connection Point CP-2E must be rebooted for applied changes to take effect.

5.Click OK. You can reboot the Connection Point CP-2E at any time by clicking the Reboot button at the left.

Adding Port Rules

1. Click the Port Rules link. The Port Rules page is displayed.

2.Click Add. The Add Port Rules page is displayed.

3.Select the protocol (or application) from the Protocol pulldown menu. If you select a pre-defined protocol from the list, the corresponding port number and service type are automatically set. The Port edit box is disabled unless you choose the User-Defined option at the bottom of the protocol list. This allows you to enter a port number that is not on the pre-defined protocol list.
