ProxSys Media Upload Utility

5.Select to Archive options.

It is possible to select, one, both or neither of these options.

Copy to local folder

Use this to create a copy of the uploaded clip(s) in a local folder: for more information, see Configuration on page 19.

Upload as unprocessed

Use this option if uploading video clips without editing their metadata tags. The unprocessed clips are placed in a bin that is accessed by clicking on the Quick select button not yet processed. Once uploaded to the MA server, use the server’s web interface to edit clip metadata.

6.Click on the to Archive button to start the upload.

The progress of the upload is displayed in the Details and status messages box at the bottom of the upload window.
