Automatic Burning Schedule

The MA server provides three timers for scheduling batch burns during a 24 hour period. At each scheduled time, all queued jobs are processed.

The MA-50 uses templates to create media labels, see Label Settings on page 44.

Create media now (Burn-on-Demand)

Typically, the automatic burning timers control when storage media is created. However, it is possible to allow Users to burn-on-demand discs for individual bins. To do this:

1.The User must select a burn time that does not conflict the scheduled burn settings.

2.The following Administration Burn Settings must be:

One bin per media is enabled.

One of the Automatic Burn Schedules set to 00:00.

3.The Backend settings must be set to the appropriate MA-50 burner, see Backend Settings - MA-50on page 43.

4.Start the burn by clicking on the Create media now button in the bin.

Creation of the bin’s ISO file will not start until all of its preview files have been ren- dered.
